I understand that this is an educational program with open registration so that it will be populated by people of many racial, socioeconomic, gender, nationality, heritage, etc identities, and backgrounds. Likewise, there will be presenters and facilitators with different styles and they have choice over the presentation of their content. Overall, the program will likely incite or activate me on a number of different levels. Still, this is a virtual program and I will not be in any bodily harm. I understand that there is a Care Team provided for basic support, but they are not present as therapists. I AFFIRM that I feel I am in sufficient positive mental health to responsibly decide to participate in this program, and I fully accept all responsibility for any activation or triggering I may experience. I understand ESJin, Rev. angel Kyodo williams and Transformative Program are not responsible for the behavior of any participants. I hereby release ESJin, Rev. angel Kyodo williams and Transformative Programs from any and all legal responsibility for my response to any reaction I may have.
